1. Introduction

Welcome to TapTrap! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TapTrap mobile application ("App"), which provides a personal finance tracking service. By using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

TapTrap is a multi-touch party game that allows users to get random questions or dares to have chaotic fun with friends.

3. User Registration and Privacy

TapTrap does not require users to register an account or provide any personal data. All game content is stored locally on the user’s device.

4. Content and User Responsibilities

Users may input their financial data and categorize it. Since there is no social or shared content in this App, users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their own data.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Five Cents offers one type of purchase:

An Weekly Subscription, which not includes a trial period.

All purchases are managed via Apple's App Store and the RevenueCat service, which assigns random user IDs to handle purchases. Prices and terms of payment are provided during the purchase process.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services:

Airtable: This service fetches the most recent content. No user data is shared with this service.
RevenueCat: This service manages in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat uses randomly assigned IDs to track purchase-related activities without collecting any personal data.

7. Data Storage and Termination

All data entered into the App is stored securely on the user's device and, if enabled, in their iCloud account. Since there is no user account system in Five Cents, users can only manage and delete their data through their devices. There is no centralized service where user data can be terminated or removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

TapTrap is provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. While we aim for a smooth and bug-free experience, TapTrap is not liable for any unexpected behavior, glitches, or interruptions in gameplay. Use the app at your own risk, and remember—it’s all for fun.
